• What is www.barcelonahotels.es?

  
  It is the website of the Gremi d’Hotels de Barcelona, an official body representing almost 400 of the city's hotel establishments.
  
  
  
  

• How can I find a room?

  
  The "Hotel reservations" tab contains an online search engine covering all the hotel establishments in Barcelona.
  
  
  
  

• Prices

  
  All prices are per room and per stay, unless otherwise specified.
  
  
  
  

• Is breakfast included?

  
  Breakfast is an optional service which can be booked during the reservation process.
  
  
  
  

• Where do I pay?

  
  Payment is made directly to the hotel. Your credit card details must be entered in order to guarantee your reservation. Should you not show up at the hotel without having previously cancelled your booking, your credit card will be charged. Some reservations require payment in advance; this will be specified in the reservation process.
  
  
  
  

• How will I know if my reservation has been confirmed?

  
  The reservation will only be considered complete once the GHB sends an e-mail confirmation.
  
  
  
  

• Will I be charged commission, fees or administrative costs?

  
  We do not charge any type of commission, fees or administrative costs.
  
  
  
  

• Does the price include VAT or other taxes?

  
  The final price always includes all taxes.
  
  
  
  

• Can I cancel my reservation?

  
  

  9.1. The customer has the right to cancel his/her reservation at no cost and with no cancellation charges up to forty-eight hours before the latest hotel arrival time (6.00 p.m.), except in the case of non-cancellable reservations (see Point 9.4). All cancellations must be made through this website.
  
  9.2. If the reservation is made less than 48 hours before arrival or if the user does not show up, the cancellation charges will range from 25% to 100% of the total amount due, except in the case of non-cancellable reservations (see Point 9.4). The Barcelona Hotel Association or the hotel establishment may proceed to charge these penalties directly to the customer’s credit card, and the customer hereby expressly agrees not to challenge such charges.
  
  9.3. If the reservation is made less than 24 hours before arrival or if the user does not show up, cancellation costs will range from 25% to 100% of the total amount due, except in the case of non-cancellable reservations (see Point 9.4). The Barcelona Hotel Association or the hotel establishment may proceed to charge these penalties directly to the customer’s credit card, and the customer hereby expressly agrees not to challenge such charges.
  
  9.4. Non-cancellable reservations
  Cancellation is not permitted on some reservations or dates, for example on special dates such as festivals, conferences, etc.
