Sundeck
With a glass swimming pool on the terrace of the top floor, the sundeck is equipped with lounges and a chill-out area. It offers a spectacular panoramic view of the city and a unique vantage point from which to contemplate the gothic quarter, Born, the Cathedral and the Olympic Port as well as the Montjuïc and Tibidabomountains. In the summer, this is an ideal place to start your day with breakfast or to savour a cocktail at dusk.
Conference and meeting facilities
The Laietana Room (can accommodate 40 people in auditorium format) and the Comtal Room (can accommodate 16 people around a conference table). Other areas of the hotel can be reserved for private meetings and events.
Gym & Wellness
There is a fitness room which is free for guests plus a sauna and treatment rooms. The fitness room has treadmills, spinning bikes, elliptical machines and a multifunction machine. All of the equipment is ultra-modern and offers a complete range of features.

The Ohla Hotel aspires to be a new gastronomic reference in Barcelona and will go about doing so by ensuring the quality of our products, the variety and the excellent service, all under watchful eyes of the renowned chef, Xavier Franco with Ana Doñate in the dining room.

The calmness and serenity of the hotel combined with the “hustle-and-bustle” of downtown Barcelona offers a unique blend.
The Ohla Hotel is built on the site of a former Roman water canal and the palace of the first Count of Barcelona, Guifré el Pilós. The current building dates back 20 years and was initially the site of Barcelona’s first department store (Casa Vilardell). During the renovation, the historical building façade and other historical elements of the initial building have been preserved in their entirety, whilst the interior design of the building is avant-garde in its approach, combining different white and black textures with oak wood.
The end result is a 74-room boutique hotel with conference facilities, a wellness centre, sundeck and a variety of dining options in a luxurious setting with all of the details and personalised service one would expect from an establishment whose goal is nothing short of excellence.
